Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of order delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Returns failing to meet these conditions will be declined.

  • Customers must provide a valid reason for the return.

Refunds

  • Refund requests can only be initiated post-delivery.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 working days and credited to the original payment method.

  • Refund approval or rejection will be determined following a thorough inspection.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Customers opting for Cash on Delivery (COD) will incur an additional AED 10 fee.
